Dr Hayley Biddle

Chiropractor | Master of Chiropractic (AECC) | 6+ Years NHS Experience

After graduating with a Master of Chiropractic from the world-renowned AECC (Health Sciences University), I dedicated my career to helping people regain confidence in movement, overcome injury, manage chronic back pain, and improve physical performance. With over six years of experience working within the NHS, I have developed strong clinical skills and a deeply patient-centred approach, always placing individual needs at the heart of care.

My Journey into Chiropractic Care

My passion for human movement began at the age of five on the tennis court. By six I was competing at county level, progressing to national and international tournaments, representing Team GB, and achieving a world ranking. Throughout my professional tennis career, I experienced chiropractic treatment firsthand — both for injury prevention and rehabilitation following a significant shoulder injury that ultimately required surgery.

This personal journey gave me a profound understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, pain, and recovery. It ignited my passion for helping people of all ages — from acute injury management and post-surgical rehabilitation to long-term injury prevention and performance optimisation through evidence-based chiropractic care.

Specialist Chiropractic Approach

I specialise in treating patients with:

  • Chronic back pain and low back pain

  • Neck pain and postural strain

  • Shoulder injuries and tension

  • Sports injuries and rehabilitation

  • Chronic pain management

  • Injury Prevention

  • General musculoskeletal pain and stiffness

Combining hands-on chiropractic techniques with tailored rehabilitation exercises and clinical pain management strategies, I focus on delivering lasting results. I continually update my skills through ongoing research and professional development to ensure the highest standard of evidence-based chiropractic treatment.

Beyond the Clinic

In my spare time, you will often find me exploring the British countryside with my daughter, husband and working cocker spaniel Reggie. He is a young dog so undergoing gun dog training to help calm him down! The Tennis court has always been a part of my life, however, I love all sport and keep up with current sporting events. My garden is my sanctuary, this is where I enjoy growing flowers, fruits, and vegetables while encouraging local wildlife to come a visit.
