I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and achieve their physical goals. With a strong background in competitive sport and hands-on therapy, I specialise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, mobility, and performance enhancement.
How did I find my passion? From a young age, I was heavily involved in competitive swimming and Tae Kwon-Do at county level. This early focus on movement and physical performance sparked a lifelong interest in how the body works and how to keep it strong and resilient.
After studying Music Composition and Technology at university, I made a career change and followed my passion for health and fitness. I qualified as a Personal Trainer, then advanced my expertise by training as a Sports Massage Therapist. I’m particularly fascinated by how targeted, hands-on treatment can dramatically improve recovery, reduce pain, and enhance everyday movement and athletic performance.

Outside the clinic I like staying active is still a big part of my life. You’ll often find me in the gym, boxing, swimming, or out for long walks. Music remains a passion too — I play bass guitar in my spare time. At home, my three cats make sure I never have a dull moment.
